Spicy Grilled Duck Legs with Garlic & Lemon Marinade

Ingredients:
- 4 duck legs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne, oil, and soy sauce in a bowl.
- Rub the marinade over duck legs and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
- Grill on medium heat for 25–30 minutes, turning occasionally until skin is crispy and meat is tender.
- Serve with spicy rice or steamed maize meal and a fresh salad.
Tip: Add chopped chili for extra heat.
