Duck Curry with Coconut Milk

Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless duck breast or thigh, chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tomato, grated
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion, ginger, and turmeric until fragrant.
  2. Add curry powder and duck meat. Stir-fry for 5–8 minutes.
  3. Add tomato and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour in coconut milk and simmer gently for another 15–20 minutes.
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve with rice or flatbread.

Mild, rich, and full of flavor.
