Crispy Duck Strips with Honey-Mustard Dip

Ingredients:
- 2 duck breasts (skin on)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cornflour (optional, for extra crispiness)
For the Dip:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
- Season duck breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and optional cornflour.
- Score the skin, place skin-side down in a cold pan, and cook on medium until crispy.
- Flip and cook for another 5–6 minutes, then rest and slice into strips.
- Mix all dip ingredients in a bowl.
- Serve duck strips with dipping sauce and fries or a salad.
