    Silver Appleyard

    Graceful, generous, and full of character - the Silver Appleyard is a dual-purpose marvel. With its plump frame and succulent meat, it’s a top-tier choice for gourmet duck lovers. And don’t be fooled by its elegance - this bird lays an impressive number of large, white eggs, making it a true farm favourite.

    Pekin Duck

    The royalty of meat ducks. With snow-white feathers and a fast growing frame, the Pekin delivers tender, juicy, melt-in-your-mouth meat with unmatched consistency. While not the queen of eggs, her focus is flavour - and she delivers it in abundance.

    Muscovy Duck

    Quiet, hardy, and refined, the Muscovy brings lean, dark meat with a rich, gamey flair that chefs adore. A natural foragers’ friend, she’s also a moderate egg layer, but what she lacks in numbers, she makes up for in quality and adaptability.

    Khaki Campbell

    The egg-laying champion of the flock. Sleek, active, and ever industrious, the Khaki Campbell can produce up to 300+ eggs a year. Her meat is mild and modest, but her real magic lies in her golden yolks and tireless laying.

    Indian Runner

    The upright sprinter of the duck world. With a slender build and comical waddle, the Indian Runner is all about eggs - prolific layers with excellent feed efficiency. They’re charming to watch and even more rewarding on the egg tray.

    Black Swedish

    Stylish and striking with its velvet-black plumage and white chest, the Black Swedish is a heritage beauty. She offers well flavoured, medium-bodied meat and a steady supply of eggs. A hardy bird, she thrives across climates and is as resilient as she is refined.

    Rouen Duck

    The Rouen is the aristocrat of the pond - majestic, slow-growing, and richly marbled. With deep, bold-flavoured meat reminiscent of wild duck, it’s perfect for refined palates. While not a prolific layer, the Rouen’s meat is prized in fine dining and festive feasts alike.
