Crispy Duck Strips with Honey-Mustard Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 duck breasts (skin on)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon cornflour (optional, for extra crispiness)

For the Dip:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Season duck breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and optional cornflour.
  2. Score the skin, place skin-side down in a cold pan, and cook on medium until crispy.
  3. Flip and cook for another 5–6 minutes, then rest and slice into strips.
  4. Mix all dip ingredients in a bowl.
  5. Serve duck strips with dipping sauce and fries or a salad.

Ideal for entertaining or a quick luxury snack.
