Spicy Grilled Duck Legs with Garlic & Lemon Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 4 duck legs
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cayenne, oil, and soy sauce in a bowl.
  2. Rub the marinade over duck legs and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
  3. Grill on medium heat for 25–30 minutes, turning occasionally until skin is crispy and meat is tender.
  4. Serve with spicy rice or steamed maize meal and a fresh salad.

Tip: Add chopped chili for extra heat.
